团队简介

“生物转化与生物分离”课题组现有师生四十多人,其中教授1人,副教授3人。研究工作主要集中于生物催化转化和高效分离技术,重点是利用代谢工程和系统生物学手段进行工业微生物的选育、发酵与分离过程的集成优化等,产品包括1,3-丙二醇、乳酸、2,3-丁二醇、微生物次生代谢产物、天然和海洋活性物质等。

主要研究方向包括:生物质能源和生物基化学品、海洋活性物质的分离与活性研究、蛋白类的分离与修饰耦合集成技术、天然产物的生物转化与分离、天然产物防治糖尿病及其作用机制、微生物来源的先导化合物发现等。先后完成国家自然科学基金、国家重点科技攻关项目、国家863项目、973子课题、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划和企业委托工程技术开发等40余项课题,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文462篇,已授权中国专利61项,美国专利1项,主编、参编、主译教材、专著16部,获辽宁省技术发明二等奖1项、自然科学三等奖2项。
