团队简介

课题组主要研究目标:设计、合成和表征用于生物医学领域的新材料;集中在先进智能材料和仿生材料研究开发、表面/界面分子工程、化学/生物分子传感器研究、体外仿生细胞微环境构建等;研究项目涉及材料科学、高分子化学、纳米科学、生物科学与技术、及胶体表面化学等多学科交叉领域。

课题组主要研究方向:(1)设计合成智能响应(如温度响应、光响应)材料,体外构建仿生细胞生长微环境,用于组织再生、药物筛选及疾病模型构建;(2)材料表面修饰及功能化,特别是设计修饰纳米材料,使其集诊断-治疗-追踪监测多功能于一体,用于智能化、个体化医药;(3)开发便携式分子检测与诊断装置,特别是研究开发免标记液晶检测技术。

The overall research goal is to design, synthesize and characterize advanced materials for biomedical and other applications. The research is a multi-displinary program including materials science, polymer chemistry, surface and interface science, biotechnology and nanotechnology.

Specifically, the current research focuses on 1) creating programmable matrix with multifarious properties in order to recapitulate the dynamic nature of native tissue for regenerative medicine and disease modeling; 2) developing stimuli-responsive theranostics with the ability of detecting, diagnosis and treatment of diseases for personalized medicine; and 3) developing point-of-care devices for medical diagnosis, environmental monitoring, and food safety.
