团队简介

生物催化转化:围绕精细化学品生物制造的科学问题及关键技术,开展酶结构与功能、代谢工程及过程工程研究。包括(1)蛋白质及酶工程;(2)酶制剂开发及应用;(3)代谢工程及代谢控制发酵。重点开展蛋白酶、脂肪酶、氧化还原酶的酶工程及应用,丁二酮、苹果酸等精细化学品的微生物发酵研究。

天然药物药物化学与药理学:围绕药物化学与药理学及新药发现等科学问题及关键技术,开展药物药理、药效、协同作用以及应用的研究。包括(1)神经退行性疾病药物研究;(2)抗肿瘤药物协同作用;(3)继发性骨质疏松保健及治疗(4)酒精依赖及酒精中毒的预防及治疗。

近几年获国家发明专利4项,发表SCI收录50余篇。
