团队简介

本团队长期致力于功能蛋白、多肽的定向发掘、分子机制及产业化应用研究。研究方向主要包括:通过蛋白质组学、基因组学结合药理学手段从海洋动物、药源性动物、尤其富含活性蛋白多肽类分子的动物类中药中识别功能分子,采用现代分子生物学技术探明其结构、功能、作用靶标及作用机制,着重筛选靶标免疫系统(免疫治疗抗感染、抗肿瘤),心血管系统(强心,降压,抑制或促进血小板聚集,舒缓平滑肌等),以及直接以病原微生物、肿瘤细胞为靶点的新型活性肽;建立天然药物活性蛋白/多肽分子资源库,为生物制药现代化和创新药物研制及其临床应用奠定理论基础。

迄今共发表SCI论文69篇,第一与通讯作者共46篇,累计影响因子超过300;申请发明专利36项,25项获授权。开发的功能性产品涵盖生物医药领域,具有抗感染、抗肿瘤、抗炎症、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗血栓、促伤口修复等功效的肽类一类新药;医美日化领域,具有抗衰除皱、美白淡斑功效的超短肽系列化妆品、微针等;农林牧渔领域,纯天然、无降解残留、符合国内外饲料和饲料添加剂产品质量安全的饲料添加剂、兽药等。

目前本团队研发的免疫治疗抗肿瘤小肽HN-1;强抗氧化超短肽M-WH2获得千年资本中国发展基金投资,目前处于临床前GLP药理、安全性与毒性、ADME评估阶段;“抗氧化肽与抗菌肽在日化领域的应用”入选厦门市第十批“双百计划”,获得200万政府创业扶持资金;超强广谱抗菌肽Hc-CATH已与山东绿叶集团进行产业化合作。
